Weekly Property Inspection Checklist
Check for leaks in plumbing fixtures, hot water tank, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Secure windows and doors.
Ensure cleanliness and address any insect or mildew issues.
Assess plant health.
Test appliances like fridge and air conditioner for proper functioning.
*Inspection reports will be securely filed, and any concerns will be promptly communicated to the owner without delay
